Fool-Proof Holiday Diet Plan

Step one: Get food poisoning or some dreadful stomach bug.

Step two: Spend two days expelling anything and everything from your digestive system.

Step three: Find that slightly tight pants are no longer tight.

There's been an awful lot of that this year. A horrible way to not only lose weight, but also miss out on the holiday goodies. Do you reckon it might be all the dairy products? Hope you are feeling better soon!
